Experience The Hospitality
Hotel Shivam Grand Inn sits close to everything that brings people to Gorakhpur — the Gorakhnath Temple, Gita Press, Ramgarh Tal and the junction station. We opened with a straightforward idea: run a hotel we would be happy to stay in ourselves.
That means rooms are inspected before every check-in, linen is changed daily, and the front desk is staffed at every hour of the night. It means answering the phone on the second ring, and arranging an extra bed or a late meal without a fuss.
Over the years we've hosted pilgrims, doctors visiting the medical college, families gathering for weddings in our banquet hall, and business travellers who return every month. The welcome is the same for all of them.
